Jemelle Howard, known as Hot Tottie, is the founder of Hot Tottie VIP Experience — a brand built on connection, adventure, and elevated living.

A South Carolina born-and-raised farm girl at heart, she brings genuine Southern hospitality into every experience — paired with global exposure, corporate polish, and a deeply rooted island lifestyle.

Her journey has never followed a traditional path.

From interning in cities like Chicago and Cincinnati during college to building a successful career in mortgage banking — rising to Assistant Vice President status — Jemelle has always balanced structure with bold life choices.

Her adventurous spirit defines her story.

She bought a motorcycle without knowing how to ride and was licensed within weeks. She skydived during college, learned how to swim at 32, and later became a certified scuba diver at 40 — eventually advancing her certification. She has solo traveled across the world, embracing new cultures and experiences along the way.

She first visited the Dominican Republic in October 2013 and immediately knew it would one day be home. What began as vacation visits evolved into intentional real estate exploration in 2020, ultimately leading to the purchase of her Punta Cana condo in early 2021. What was meant to be a second home quickly became her primary residence.

Through years of travel, networking, and living on the island, Jemelle has built strong relationships with excursion providers, nightlife venues, DJs, transportation services, and other trusted local contacts.

What started as coordinating trips for friends and large groups — including a 96-person international experience — naturally evolved into a business.
